Can I consult before I book an appointment?

Absolutely! I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to answer questions, discuss your reasons for therapy, and see if we might be a good fit.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask that you provide 48 hours notice. This can be done via email, text, phone, or through your client portal. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee, as that time is reserved specifically for you.

What are your fees?

Fees vary depending on service type and length but begin at $200.

I offer a limited number of sliding scale spaces based on availability. 

What insurance do you take?

I am currently in-network with Aetna, UHC, Cigna, and Anthem. 

Can I submit a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement if I'm not with an insurance provider you take?

Yes and you 100% should! I will provide a monthly superbill upon request. 

Where are you located?

I am currently only conducting sessions virtually, but have plans to obtain a physical office space for in-person sessions in the near future.
