Modalities

CBT
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a way of looking at how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors all influence each other. In our work together, we’ll identify patterns that might be keeping you stuck and learn tools to shift them. We’ll set clear goals and use strategies to help you move toward the changes you want.

EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured therapy that helps you process and heal from past experiences that may still be affecting your present life. Our work will focus on identifying key memories or beliefs that feel stuck, and use bilateral stimulation (like eye movements or tapping) to help your brain reprocess them in a way that feels less distressing.

DBT
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) helps manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and stay grounded in the present moment. In our sessions, we’ll focus on building practical skills in areas like emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment with openness and without judgment. In therapy, we’ll use mindfulness to help you become more aware of your thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations so you can respond to them with clarity rather than reacting automatically. It can reduce stress, improve focus, and help you feel more grounded.
